SCP-091  || Ref: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-091

Check out the actual SCP Containment Breach Wiki:

Item #: SCP-091

Object Class: Anomalous Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-091 is to be stored in a standard containment locker at Site-██. When SCP-091 is not being tested, it is to be placed under combination lock. Since SCP-091 has shown no signs of resistance to tearing or damage greater than that of normal cardboard, great care should be taken when transporting it to and from testing sites.

During testing, no one other than the subject should view SCP-091. Those suspected of having seen SCP-091 are to be administered Class-B amnestics immediately, and all personal recordings or images in the possession of the subject—both print and digital—are to be destroyed to prevent recurrence.

Description: SCP-091 is a “Scotties” brand tissue box, currently empty. Immediately upon observing SCP-091, viewers report an overwhelming sense of nostalgia. Those affected begin reminiscing about times they “were near” SCP-091, major events that occurred while it was present, or people and places that somehow relate to it.

SCP-091 was originally recorded as an anomalous item and sent to Reliquary Site-44, until one of the members of the recovery team, Assistant Researcher ████—while viewing a recording of her wedding from 199█—noted SCP-091 in the background of the film and noted a strong flood of nostalgic memories attached to it, including:

  • Memories of SCP-091 at the wedding itself.
  • Memories of SCP-091 at the reception.
  • Memories of SCP-091 during the honeymoon.

A further interview with Assistant Researcher ████’s ex-husband demonstrated that he too remembered SCP-091 in all of those places and situations, again noting strong feelings of nostalgia and fondness for it. Further investigation found that several people who attended the wedding remember SCP-091 being there and the emotional effect. Others were asked to describe the wedding itself without being informed of SCP-091. In these cases, they described the scene without including SCP-091, until they were questioned about it directly. At that time, they immediately underwent the same, previously observed effect.

Continued testing under other situations has continued to produce similar results. Administration of amnestics has proven ineffective at stopping the effect if the subject is allowed to view an image or recording of SCP-091.

Of note is the fact that in each recorded instance of SCP-091, the box pictured is full of tissues.

I thought this game was hecca neat, and a must play for SCP fans, especially if you enjoy Anomalous objects!

Reality bending tissue box (Gameplay at 8:37)

love the game thank you :):):)

Thank you so much!

Great game, I enjoyed how much stranger it got the more you played. The entity is sneakily malicious with its goals. I lost, won, and broke the game so I think I covered it all. Enjoyed it a lot, very imaginative, thanks for creating :)

Thanks a lot for playing and recording! I hope you have success on your yt channel. Yeah, 091 was a tricky concept and I'm sure it could be juiced with more 'nostalgic' effects.

Out of all the SCPs I faced, I named SCP-091 my favorite. XD Can't deny the godly Scotties tissue box. I really love the strangeness behind this and enjoyed reading the backstory behind it. Great experience!

Warning to viewers: SPOILERS IN VIDEO!

Nice Little Game. pls make more and longer Games. I like ur Style

Hey, I'm looking for a new horror game to play, but I don't do well with jumpscares- does this have any?

Nope. Just creepy vibes from an anomalous tissue box.

why the hell does the thumbnail for this game look like the backrooms but decorate

Coincidence I guess.

I know I am late to the scene but I never played of the SCP games and I thought why not try a bunch out. Your game was one of them and I was entertained by this game. Its an unique experience for sure. I thought it was funny and mildly creepy to be assimilated by a tissue box brand.

Nice SCP game

I Played your game!

You did the SCP proud with this game. Loved it.

So the game isn't supposed to look purple and orange? Something was wrong with mine.

(1 edit)

That is very odd.

What is your computer's OS? I will look into this.

I use windows 10.

That's very odd. Sorry your copy isn't behaving right.

If I ever find out what that is I will let you know.

I have an old graphics card, Nvidia Quadro FX 880m. That might be the problem.

This was a fun short game, though I'm not sure what the purple lines were for.

Edit: Also not sure why the link isn't showing the preview right.

This game was my first experience with a SCP game... and I did enjoy it lol

never thought a game about tissues would lure me in so much, but here we are! I also appreciate bringing more attention to the copyright battle the creators are facing.

That's also a good game.

Glad to see a game supporting the scp wiki, It's disgusting whats happening and I hope my tiny shout out can help. Also enjoyed the experience here, good work I hope you like my video :)

Have to admit, I really don't get the SCP games, but I hope the community wins the legal fight.

Very interesting.

The couple photo on the wall next to the door, facing the camera, is weirdly similar to one, also mural, of my parents, and I almost shat my pants because that photo isn't anywhere on the web. By the way, my dad has been dead for 18 years.

Amazing game dev had so much fun playing it :) i hope you enjoy my gameplay
