GEMRUN

Play as the raptor riding adventurer as they jump, climb and collect gems to escape from OtherWorld. 

🦖 Objective: As of right now, to finish the game you must collect all of the the gems on the board.

Move, jump, and sprint using: WASD, Space Key, and Mouse (to look around), Hold Shift to Sprint (only while riding raptor).

💎 String together a combo as you pick up gems and you'll move even faster!

🎮 Game pad recommended.

Current State of the Project?:

• The full span of the game is just one solitary scene to experiment/play in.
• Collecting all of the gems will trigger the "end" of the game. You win!
• As you pick up gems within the cooldown time, a  combo is built up that slowly increases the actual speed of the game. This shortens the combo window as well.
• A timer in the bottom right corner counts to the millisecond of the entire session.
• It comes for you at 50.💎🍄🕷️🦖
• Escape/Start will immediately close the program.
• R/Select will immediately reset the game.

🗒️ Note from the developer:

This game is meant to scratch that "3D platformer collect-a-thon" itch. (Similar to Mario 64). It is still in its early stages and will see many new features and story elements as it develops. This is a long-tailed forever project that I will be focusing on for a long time with the small bits of free time that I can find.
